80% of MKs do not have a youth/children’s pastor. The role of pastoring all MKs is ISMK. Regional retreats are times where ISMK is invited to minister to the MKs of that region. Additionally, ISMK organizes an annual Thanksgiving Retreat for all the college-age missionary kids. Most parents are still overseas for this family holiday. This is not only a time for MKs to have fun with their closest friends, but encounter the Lord in a supernatural way.
